What is it we do for the cost?
When we start a job there is a lot more to cleaning the inside of a house than you think. We have a lot of clients say... "Hey it would only take around 3 hours wouldn't it"
Well here's a basic list of what needs cleaning to complete an end of lease/bond cleaning.
-All the inside windows need to be cleaned around the window seals & then the windows are washed.
-All the walls need to be washed down. That entails washing them & drying them as well, also trying our best to remove marks on them if possible.
-All the cupboards need to be washed & wiped down then all the shelving inside gets cleaned. This includes the Kitchen, Bedrooms, Bathrooms & Laundry etc.
-All tops of benches need to be washed & cleaned properly - Kitchen, Bathroom & Laundry.
-All the tiled areas need to be cleaned thoroughly, Kitchen, Bathrooms, Laundry etc. All taps and chrome making sure they all shine.
-All high areas need to be dusted & cleaned - light fixtures, cornices, air-vents, ceiling fans & air-conditioners.
-All doors cleaned and door handles which always have grime built up on them. Then light switches as well.
-Once everything has been taken care of, we wash & dry all skirting boards & vacuum the carpets throughout the house and finally wash all the hard floors.
This is all without being asked for any special cleans being added on.
What are special Cleans to be added on to our normal cleaning service.
Special cleans are if we have to pay special attention to one item or another, such as!
-A Fridge remains on the property & we need to clean it inside & out.
-An Oven needs to be cleaned - Ovens can take more than 3 hours to clean, which is done by using chemicals & leaving them to stay on the surface for a few hours before cleaning thoroughly. Cleaning the racks, trays as well as the oven, not a quick easy job.
Why my wife & I work together
My wife & I work together as two people make it so much easier than one person specially if we have special cleans added on to our normal clean. This allows one of us to keep cleaning while the other is preparing the oven & racks or cleaning the fridge & freezer etc.
It takes a lot more time than people think to get a house completely cleaned. Specially when it has to pass the inspection for a bond return.
